Cody has given me more confidence and strength to reach new goals that I didn’t know I was capable of.
I have felt extremely supported which enables me to continue to show up for myself and my coach and have a sense of accountability. I have learnt to love moving my body through the help of my coach and am excited to continue to grow and build with her assistance.

When I signed up with Core Health Code I thought I was doing everything right. I was training 7 days then taking 2 days rest no programmed NEAT or cardio really. I thought I was eating a lot and in the right balance. When I started I wasn’t sure the training would challenge me. But I realized it wasn’t necessary to be burnt out by each training session.
I’m 10kg lighter than when I started 76.6kg down to 66kg at my lowest, I’ve also learnt the fluctuations are OK if you know why and stay on track.

Within an hour of sending that request I was speaking with Corey via video call and to be honest he scared the daylights out of me. Corey has a very blunt/non sugar coated approach because he knows what works and what doesn’t. He understood exactly what I was chasing on my fitness journey and he was telling me about my body type and the effort required of me to be able to gain muscle onto my frame but at the same time he was positive that we could get there.
I have been training with Corey for about two months and he is always there, despite being thousands of kilometres away. Even though I am remote training, not a day goes by that Corey does not touch base. The client app is great and easy to use making sure everything is kept together which I love.
My biggest learning so far is to be very organised with my food, have a good training plan in place for progression and trust the process (aka Corey Baldock). If you want to be accountable for your journey and have someone guide you and teach you the best approach for your goals then there should be no hesitation in engaging Corey. Best thing I have ever did, only sorry I hadn’t found him sooner.

Approx 3 years ago I was diagnosed with not one but two chronic pain autoimmune illnesses.
I knew that exercise, specifically strength training and nutrition were the way up. I signed up with Cody from Core Health Code who researched my illness then developed an exercise and nutrition program to specifically meet my needs with the ultimate goal being medication free, fit and healthy. Approximately 18 months on I do not take any pain medication at all! I am fitter and healthier than I have ever been and have my pain under control. I have not only gained physical strength and mental well being, I am now more educated in the importance of nutrition and the benefits of eating well.

The biggest thing I have gained is my health, since may we have not only achieved 20kgs off the scale but we have achieved better insulin levels, started and continue to heal my gut health, my hormones have regulated and one of the biggest things that has helped me mentally is my relationship with food and the gym.
I am now the strongest physically I have ever been in my life and I look forward to stepping foot in the gym.
